My order from treasurebox.co.nz showed up in decent packaging. The box did have a small dent on one corner, and for a second I was fully ready to panic like everything inside had been destroyed beyond repair, but thankfully it was all totally fine and wrapped well enough. It did take a ridiculous amount of tape-fighting to get it open, but I’d rather wrestle with packaging than end up with broken stuff. Overall I’m happy with it, just not a flawless experience.

I ordered a few things from Treasurebox, the quality feels a bit hit or miss. Some of the pieces were solid and looked nice, but one item had a few small chips, which was a little disappointing. It’s still usable, so I’m not too upset, but I did expect it to be in slightly better condition

Bought a cabinet from treasurebox.co.nz and, shockingly for flatpack furniture, the instructions were mostly understandable. I did have to stare at one part for a while like it was some kind of ancient puzzle, but the pictures helped and the screws were labelled properly enough. Not perfect, but better than a lot of flatpack stuff I’ve wrestled with before. Would’ve been 5 stars if a couple of the steps had a bit more detail.

So... I ordered a cabinet from treasurebox.co.nz and overall it was a good experience. It was fairly easy to assemble, even doing it on my own, and it took me about an hour. The instructions were clear enough, though a few of the pictures could’ve been a bit bigger. All the parts were included, which was a relief. It’s not absolutely perfect, but there was no real drama and I’m happy with it overall.

Support got back to me quickly, and they were helpful with getting things sorted out.

My first impression when I opened it was that it looked close to the photos on Treasurebox, so I was happy at first. But once I put it in my room, I noticed the colour was actually darker than I expected, and it didn’t match the space as well as I’d hoped. The quality seems fine and delivery was no problem, I just wish the photos showed the colour a bit more accurately. Not a bad purchase, just not quite what I pictured

Overall, I’d say it was worth the money and I don’t really have any complaints about the product itself. That said, I did feel a bit ignored when I reached out with a question, which was frustrating. Still, the value is there.

I was on Treasurebox again recently looking for a few home bits, and my latest visit kind of sums it up for me. There’s definitely a decent range and plenty to scroll through, which is nice, but the last few categories I checked felt a bit mixed. Some sections had good options, while others had a lot of items that looked similar, so it took longer than I expected to narrow things down. Overall it’s not bad, and I’d probably still browse there again, but based on my most recent experience it wasn’t the easiest place to find exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a cabinet from TreasureBox i was a little unsure if the size would be exactly as listed, but it ended up being pretty much right. It fit nicely into the space I had planned for it, which was a relief and definitely made the whole thing easier.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because one part felt just a tiny bit snug when I was putting it together. Nothing major though, overall the measurements were accurate, and I was happy with how it turned out.

I booked a delivery slot, but it got changed at the last minute, which was a bit annoying. It still showed up the same day, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Based on this one order, I’d say the timing is generally okay, but don’t count too much on the exact slot staying the same

I used Afterpay when I checked out, and it was super easy. No issues or weird delays, just went through like it should.

I had no trouble checking out at all. The pages load fine and my payment went through quick. It was a simple experience overall, I would definitely bought from here again

It was a bit slow arriving, but it did show up in the end. Wasnt a huge issue, just expected it a little sooner.

Ordered a storage cabinet from treasurebox.co.nz. Had that little moment before it arrived where you wonder if the photos were maybe doing it too many favours. But no, it was pretty much what I expected.

The size was right, colour matched, layout was the same as the listing. Nothing weird or surprising. The only thing, the material felt a bit lighter than I had pictured from the description. Not bad, just lighter. For the price, though, I’m okay with it.

Delivery was smooth, and putting it together was about what the listing showed. I’d give it 4 stars. Mostly accurate, useful cabinet, just wish there had been a little more detail about the finish
